VPS Farm Terms of Service
These are the Acceptable Use Policies ("AUP") of VPS FARM LLC. All customers must abide by these policies. VPS FARM LLC reserves the right to change or amend to these policies without notice.
ANY INDIRECT OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY BY OR ON BEHALF OF A CUSTOMER OR A CUSTOMER'S END USER, AND ANY ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATION BY A THIRD PARTY ON BEHALF OF A CUSTOMER OR A CUSTOMER'S END USER, SHALL BE CONSIDERED A VIOLATION OF THE POLICY BY SUCH CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER'S END USER AND CUSTOMER SHALL BE HELD DIRECTLY ACCOUNTABLE THEREFORE.
- VPS FARM LLC cannot be held responsible for the content hosted within a customer's account. Customers are solely responsible for all files contained in their account and can be held legally liable to the content.

VPS FARM LLC may terminate service without notice at any time, for conduct
that violates the Acceptable Use Policy. The following is a
nonexclusive list of prohibited content and activities:
- Sending unsolicited email (spamming)
- Using Internet Relay Chat (IRC) bots / clients / servers / bouncers is prohibited. Flooding, cloning, spoofing, harassment, or otherwise hindering the ability of others to properly use IRC is prohibited. Impresonating other users, advertising, and spamming via IRC is prohibited. IRC services which are serving as a command and control channels for bots are prohibited
- All forms of fraud
- Chain letters, Pyramid schemes, Multi-Level marketing, gambling, raffles, lotteries, and "Make money quick" scams
- Content that posts or discloses personal identification information or private information of individuals under the age of 13 or in connection with materials directed toward individuals under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent
- Sites that exploit images of children under 18 years of age
- Knowingly engage in any activities designed to harass, or that will cause a denial-of-service to any other user whether on the VPS FARM LLC network or on another provider's network
- Unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or any attempt thereof, of any information of any VPS FARM LLC customers or end-users by any means or device
- Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to any account or computer resource not belonging to that user (e.g., "cracking")
- Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws
- Sending Unsolicited Bulk Email ("UBE", "spam"). The sending of any form of Unsolicited Bulk Email through VPS FARM LLC's servers is prohibited. Likewise, the sending of UBE from another service provider advertising a web site, email address or utilizing any resource hosted on Selvaraj LLC's servers, is prohibited. VPS FARM LLC's accounts or services may not be used to solicit customers from, or collect replies to, messages sent from another Internet Service Provider where those messages violate this Policy or that of the other provider
- Running Unconfirmed Mailing Lists. Subscribing email addresses to any mailing list without the express and verifiable permission of the email address owner is prohibited. All mailing lists run by VPS FARM LLC's customers must be Closed-loop ("Confirmed Opt-in"). The subscription confirmation message received from each address owner must be kept on file for the duration of the existence of the mailing list. Purchasing lists of email addresses from 3rd parties for mailing to from any VPS FARM LLC hosted domain, or referencing any VPS FARM LLC account, is prohibited
- Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP or the AUP of any other Internet Service Provider, which includes, but is not limited to, the facilitation of the means to send Unsolicited Bulk Email, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of service attacks
- Operating an account on behalf of, or in connection with, or reselling any service to, persons or firms listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database at www.spamhaus.org
- All commercial emails must be CAN-SPAM compliant. Any customer found to be sending commercial emails in violation of the CAN-SPAM act will have his/her account immediately suspened pending further review
- Each VPS FARM LLC customer is responsible for the activities of its users and, by accepting service from VPS FARM LLC, is agreeing to ensure that its customers/representatives or end-users abide by this Policy. Complaints about customers/representatives or end-users of an VPS FARM LLC customer will be forwarded to the VPS FARM LLC customer's postmaster for action. If violations of the VPS FARM LLC Acceptable Use Policy occur, VPS FARM LLC reserves the right to terminate services with or take action to stop the offending customer from violating VPS FARM LLC's AUP as VPS FARM LLC deems appropriate, without notice
- In the event your service is terminated for a violation of our policies, a US$200 fine will be imposed
- VPS FARM LLC reserves the right to amend or change the Acceptable Use Policy at anytime without notice
